Open Tabs Network
A global community where neurodivergent leaders find their people, harness their talents, and make their ideas happen.
Find your people · Harness your talents · Make it happen
What we offer
Most neurodivergent leaders have spent their careers leading alone. Open Tabs Network gives you a full programme of community, learning, and events built around how your brain actually works.
The community you always needed but couldn't find. People who think like you, lead like you, and get it without explanation.
Your brain works differently. That is not a liability. It is the reason your ideas are worth building.
The gap between a great idea and making it happen is real. Executive function is hard. We help you bridge it.
About the founder
I've led charities, social enterprises and NGOs for over fifteen years. For most of that time I thought my brain was something to manage around my leadership responsibilities.
It took a long time to understand that the systems were the problem. Not me. Open Tabs Network exists because the community I always needed didn't exist. So I built it.
Membership
From £8.25 a month for a global peer community, fortnightly forums, monthly speaker sessions, Open Floor workshops, bite-sized training, a fortnightly newsletter, and an annual summit. No comparable community exists anywhere.
Crowdfunding special offers available at crowdfunder.co.uk/p/opentabsnetwork until 12 June 2026.
Social mission
Your own leadership development. And theirs.
As we establish as a Community Interest Company, surplus profits will be reinvested into projects that support the development of neurodivergent children and young people across Scotland. Through delivery agreements with trusted organisations, we fund projects that build confidence, wellbeing, and peer connection for young people just beginning their own leadership journeys.
You find your people. You help the next generation find theirs.
