Mailing list: We collect your first name and email to send updates, news and resources. Lawful basis: your consent via the sign-up form. Unsubscribe any time.
Members: We collect first name, last name, date of birth, phone and email via the membership form, plus payment and billing information processed by Stripe. We do not store card details. Lawful basis: performance of your membership contract.
Community members may contact each other via chat platforms. Choosing to share your private information with other members is not the responsibility of Open Tabs CIC.
Third parties: Stripe (payment processing) and our CRM platform (member management). We do not sell your data.
Retention: Mailing list data kept until you unsubscribe. Member data kept for the duration of membership plus 2 years for legal/accounting purposes.
