1. About us: Open Tabs Network is a global membership community for neurodivergent leaders and professionals, operated by Rob Gallagher.
2. Membership: By joining you agree to these Terms. Membership gives access to the community platform, resources, events and member benefits as described on our website. Benefits may be updated with reasonable notice.
3. Payments: Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, 6-monthly or annually) via Stripe. By joining you authorise recurring charges to your payment method on each renewal date.
4. Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Your membership continues to the end of the current billing period and will not renew. Payments already made are non-refundable except at our discretion. Contact [email protected] to discuss early refunds.
5. Community standards: Members must engage respectfully. We reserve the right to suspend or remove members for harassment, discrimination or behaviour contrary to our community values.
6. Intellectual property: Content you share remains yours. By sharing it you grant Open Tabs Network a non-exclusive licence to display it to other members.
7. Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Open Tabs Network is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from use of the platform or services.
8. Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, UK.
