About Open Tabs Network
Open Tabs Network is a global peer community and leadership development network for people with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia and other neurodivergent profiles. We started in Glasgow on May 1st 2026. We are a Community Interest Company, and every penny of surplus goes back into our mission.
Our mission
To connect and empower neurodivergent leaders and professionals across the world.
A community of people who think like you, lead like you, and get it without explanation.
Practical learning and peer support, built around how your brain actually works.
Help to bridge the gap between a great idea and getting it done.
Why a Community Interest Company? Our surplus funds projects for neurodivergent children and young people, through our own projects and through delivery agreements with trusted charitable organisations. You find your people. You help the next generation find theirs.
Our vision
A world where neurodivergent leaders step fully into their light, valued for how their brains work, not despite it.
Our values
These shape how we run sessions, how we spend money, and how we treat each other.
Leadership is how you show up. Parents, organisers, founders, advocates and executives all belong here. Self identified neurodivergent people are as welcome as anyone with a diagnosis.
Some days we solve problems nobody else can see. Some days we can't open an email. We make room for both, and we speak honestly about each.
Agendas in advance. Cameras optional. No forced sharing. Every session is designed around how neurodivergent people work best.
We grow through peer support. Members share what works, back each other's ideas, and turn up for one another.
Cost should never keep someone out. Our Pay It Forward places need one question and no proof. We trust you completely.
Our surplus funds projects for neurodivergent children and young people across Scotland, so the next generation of leaders gets a better start.
Our board
Our board brings together experience in governance, technology, finance, HR and the third sector, and most of our directors have lived experience of neurodivergence. They are unpaid Non-Executive Directors who hold us to our mission and act as ambassadors for the network around the world.
Our team
We are a small team with big plans. Here is who you'll meet at sessions, events and in your inbox.

Rob has led charities, social enterprises and arts organisations in Scotland for over fifteen years, including Glasgow North West Citizens Advice, Impact Arts and Edinburgh Remakery. He was diagnosed with ADHD in 2025 and founded Open Tabs Network on May 1st 2026 to build the community he always needed. He hosts the Open Tabs podcast and runs our weekly Coffee and Chat.
